Texting is often the easiest way to reach us, especially if you’d like to share photos of a piece of jewelry or ask a quick question. Just send us a message at 386.767.3473. You’re also welcome to email or call if that’s more convenient.
Can I send photos of my jewelry?
Absolutely. Photos are incredibly helpful when discussing repairs, redesigns, or custom ideas. Feel free to send as many images as you need — different angles and close-ups are always welcome.
How quickly will I hear back?
We do our best to respond within one business day. If we’re helping clients or working in the workshop it may take a little longer, but we’ll always get back to you.
Is it okay to reach out if I’m still exploring ideas?
Absolutely. Many conversations begin with early ideas or simple questions. We’re always happy to help you explore possibilities before you decide what direction you’d like to take.
