Each Precious Cargo Stress-Free Shipping Kit fits approximately 4-6 small items (earrings, rings, pendants) or 1-3 large items (chunky cuff bracelets, tiaras, large necklaces). If you have more items to send, or if your items are very fragile, please contact us for instructions. 

A prepaid shipping label is included with your kit. No need to worry about shipping costs, simply pack your jewelry and drop the kit in the mail. It will be delivered safely to us. 

IMPORTANT: Your jewelry will be evaluated for condition and authenticity with specialized equipment by a professional jeweler upon arrival and a personalized repair quote will be sent to you. We will NOT proceed with repairs without your express authorization. If we do not receive your authorization to repair within 30 days of delivering the quote, your jewelry will be returned to the address on file.
