  • Access settings: Open your email settings. 
  • Find Junk/Spam section: Locate the "Junk Email" or "Spam" option. 
  • Select Safe Senders: Choose the "Safe Senders" tab. 
  • Add email address: Enter the email address you want to add to the safe list (customercare@stradleyjewelers.com). 
  • Save changes: Click "Save" or "OK" to confirm
